A discrete Class-D amplifier using negative feedback topology in order to support a load range from high impedance to nominal load. This is a fixed frequency amplifier using natural sampling. The nominal output power is 50W, peak power is up to 200Wpk.

The amplifier features a differential output derived from the H-Bridge topology. The switching frequency is ~400KHz the efficiency is better than 90%.

The PCB shown is a function prototype a payed customer project that is being used as a starting point in order to derive the industrial solution for the 25Vrms to 70Vrms market. The amplifier is optimized for voice audio range, however it plays background music often found in shops very well.
